[Resolved] Import assistance

Okay… maybe I’m just missing something, but I’ve looked through the forums and tried to follow instructions without success. I have a database in EMDB, but would also like to have the data in Filmotech. When I export to
a cab and then try to import, I get an error about exception class not found, nothing imports. Can anyone help me?

You need to import your data as a CSV file (XML import requires XML Filmotech file, not EMDB XML file).

Okay.. so I have followed the directions for importing a csv and am still getting the error of 'exception of class key not found exception not handled" and it quits.

Never mind. I think I figured it out after manipulating the data to get fields to align correctly. Thank you for your assistance.
