How I can transfer date information from pc to mobile

in Mobile applications
I have my films list in my pc , and I want to have the same inputs in my mobile application.for this purpose I have followed the process given by the Mobil application I have attached below,but after follow up and getting IP address and port number from pc and then put in the empty place it will not connect with some reason. Can you please guide me what’s the wrong?how I can do this ?

    Hi,
    - You need to be on the same WiFi network for both your PC and your mobile
    - The port should be open in your firewall on your PC
    - The port should be available on your PC (8080 by default), if not, try another port on the PC
    - Sometimes, Filmotech doesn't show the right ip, check the WiFi address with ipconfig on your PC
