Well I was correct.
Most of the free MySQL hosting sites require a premium plan to be able to have Remote MySQL.

I believe I found the problem.
I am trying to use a FREE web host and they DO come with restrictions.
Apparently Byet web hosting is blocking my MySQL from updating as they only allow that on a Premium Plan (see picture below).

I was in Vivaldi (Chrome based browser) and kept having the above issue.
I tried to post in Firefox and it went right through.

Are you trying to publish with https ? Current version of Filmotech can only use http server (Next version will support https) ?
